Vaultline operates as a privacy-focused crypto-to-fiat conversion and insured physical cash delivery service. We are registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone and are committed to full compliance with applicable UAE laws while maintaining a strict no-KYC, no-identity-verification policy.

1. Corporate Registration

Vaultline Technologies LLC is a Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone company. DMCC is the leading free zone in the UAE, home to over 24,000 registered companies.

2. No-KYC Policy

Vaultline does not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) or Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures. Specifically:

• No government-issued ID is requested or verified.
• No biometric data (selfies, facial scans) is collected.
• No proof-of-address documents are required.
• No PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening is performed.
• No third-party identity verification services are used.
• No wallet addresses are screened against blockchain analytics tools or sanctions lists.

Users provide only a delivery name (any name of their choice), postal address, and email. The delivery name does not need to match any official document.

3. Regulatory Framework

Vaultline operates under the following UAE legal and regulatory frameworks:

• DMCC Free Zone Regulations — our company registration, trade licence, and operational authority are granted by DMCC Authority.
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) — the UAE Personal Data Protection Law governs our data handling. See our Privacy Policy.
• UAE Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993) — governs commercial transactions and consumer protection.
• DMCC Company Regulations (2022 Edition) — corporate governance, accounting, and operational requirements.

4. Financial Security and Segregation

• Client fund segregation: All fiat funds awaiting settlement or delivery are held in segregated client accounts at Emirates NBD, separate from Vaultline operational accounts.
• Delivery insurance: All physical cash deliveries are insured against loss or theft in transit via G4S Secure Solutions, with coverage up to AED 100,000 per shipment.
• Professional indemnity: Vaultline maintains professional liability insurance with a AED 2,000,000 coverage limit via Oman Insurance Company (PJSC).

5. Information Security

• TLS 1.2+ encryption enforced for all web traffic.
• AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
• Infrastructure hosted in EU-based data centres (Frankfurt, Germany) with SOC 2 Type II certified hosting.
• Strict role-based access controls; all system access is logged and reviewed monthly.
• No third-party tracking scripts, analytics, or advertising pixels on our platform.
• Wallet connections are read-only; we never request private keys or seed phrases.

6. Reporting and Transparency

As a DMCC free zone company, Vaultline files the following:

• DMCC annual return — filed with DMCC Authority each January, confirming company status and compliance.
• Financial statements — audited annually by Crowe UAE (DMCC-approved auditor) and filed with DMCC.
• Renewable trade licence — renewed annually, verified on the DMCC member directory.

Vaultline does not file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) or perform transaction monitoring, as we do not collect identity information that would make such reports meaningful.

7. Data Protection

Vaultline complies with the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at help@cash-crypto.click. All personal data is stored and processed in the EU; no personal data is transferred to the UAE unless legally compelled by a UAE court order.

8. Audit

Vaultline undergoes annual independent security audits. The most recent audit (fiscal year 2025) was conducted by Crowe UAE and confirmed compliance with DMCC operational requirements and ISO 27001 information security controls. The audit report is available upon reasonable request to verified business partners.
