Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaultline platform available at cash-crypto.click (the "Service"), operated by Vaultline Technologies LLC ("Vaultline", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet or submitting a conversion request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Conversion" — the process of exchanging cryptocurrency for physical fiat currency (EUR) delivered to a postal address.
• "Dropoff" — the insured delivery of converted cash to your specified address.
• "Receipt Code" — the unique alphanumeric reference issued per Conversion (format: VL-XXXX-XXXX).
• "Supported Assets" — the cryptocurrencies accepted for Conversion, currently including USDC (ERC-20), ETH (ERC-20), and BTC.
• "Indicative Rate" — the estimated conversion rate displayed at the time of request, which may fluctuate before settlement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are the legitimate owner of the wallet you connect and the funds you convert.
• You are not using the Service for any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction.

We do not verify your identity, nationality, or residency. It is your responsibility to ensure that using a crypto-to-cash conversion service is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. The Conversion Process

3.1 Wallet Connection

When you connect a wallet, we establish a read-only connection. No assets can be moved from your wallet without your explicit on-chain approval. Vaultline never requests private keys, seed phrases, or signing authority over your wallet.

3.2 Rate and Quote

The Indicative Rate displayed is calculated from aggregated market data and includes a service fee. The final settlement rate is locked at the moment your on-chain transaction is confirmed. Vaultline reserves the right to reject any Conversion request if the market has moved unfavourably by more than 3% between request and settlement.

3.3 Delivery

Physical cash delivery is executed within 1–2 business days for addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. Deliveries to other EU countries may take up to 5 business days. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon receipt.

4. Fees

• Service fee: 1.1% of the converted amount (minimum €15), deducted from the converted cash before delivery.
• Network fee: The on-chain transaction cost (gas) is paid by the user from the connected wallet.
• Delivery fee: Included in the service fee for standard EU delivery. Express delivery (next-day before 12:00 CET) is available for an additional €35.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide a delivery address where you can receive and sign for the shipment. The delivery name you provide does not need to match a government-issued ID.
• Ensure the connected wallet contains sufficient funds for the Conversion and associated network fees.
• Do not use the Service for transactions that violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a completed on-chain transaction after settlement.
• Keep your Receipt Code for all correspondence regarding a Conversion.

6. Vaultline's Responsibilities

• Process Conversions at the Indicative Rate or better, locked at settlement.
• Execute insured delivery within the stated timeframes.
• Protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UAE PDPL.
• Provide customer support via help@cash-crypto.click during desk hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 CET).
• Never request your private keys, seed phrases, or identity documents.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a Conversion at any time before the on-chain transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Once confirmed, the Conversion is irrevocable. If Vaultline cancels a Conversion for operational reasons, the full cryptocurrency amount is returned to your wallet within 24 hours, minus the network fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultline's liability for any single Conversion is limited to the greater of (a) the fiat value of the converted amount, or (b) €5,000. Vaultline is not liable for:

• Losses arising from blockchain network failures, congestion, or transaction failures on third-party networks.
• Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
• Delays caused by customs, courier logistics, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the Vaultline brand, logo, design, and software, is the property of Vaultline Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved under the DMCC Dispute Resolution Regulations. The DMCC Disputes Centre (DDRC) serves as the competent dispute resolution authority.

Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation under the DDRC Mediation Rules. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the DMCC Arbitration Rules, seated in Dubai, in the English language.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
