Privacy Policy
Vaultline Technologies LLC ("Vaultline", "we", "us") operates a privacy-focused crypto-to-cash conversion and physical delivery service available at cash-crypto.click. We believe that financial privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains what minimal data we collect and how we use it.
No KYC. No identity verification. Vaultline does not request, collect, or store government-issued identification, passports, selfies, biometric data, or proof of address. You are not required to verify your identity to use our service.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Vaultline Technologies LLC, registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) under registration number DMCC-294718. 2. Data We Do NOT Collect
To be explicit about our privacy-first approach, the following data is never collected, requested, or stored:
- Government-issued IDs, passports, or driver licences
- Selfies, biometric data, or facial recognition scans
- Proof of address (utility bills, bank statements)
- Date of birth or nationality
- Phone numbers (unless you voluntarily provide one for delivery)
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signing authority
3. Data We Do Collect
We collect only the absolute minimum required to process your conversion and delivery:
- Wallet address — the public blockchain address you connect. This is public on-chain data. We do not request private keys or seed phrases at any point.
- Delivery details — a name (any name you choose to provide), postal address, city, country, postal code, and email address. The name does not need to match a government-issued ID.
- Transaction metadata — the asset type, amount, indicative rate, and receipt code generated for each conversion.
- Connection data — IP address and timestamp, collected automatically and retained for a limited period for security monitoring only.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Process and fulfil your crypto-to-cash conversion and insured physical delivery.
- Generate receipt codes and transaction records for your reference and our internal audit trail.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access to our platform.
- Send you transactional emails (confirmation, status updates, delivery notifications).
- Respond to support requests submitted via our help desk.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for profiling. We do not perform identity verification or background checks on our users.
5. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with the following recipients, strictly as needed:
- Courier and logistics partners — to execute insured delivery of converted cash. The courier receives only the delivery name and address you provided.
- Cloud infrastructure provider — secure hosting for our web application. Access is strictly limited and governed by contractual data protection terms.
We do not share data with government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party analytics providers unless compelled by a valid court order from a UAE court.
No blockchain analytics. No address screening. We do not use services like Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM Labs. We do not screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists. We do not report transactions to any financial intelligence unit.
6. Data Retention
- Transaction records: retained for 2 years from the date of conversion, then permanently deleted.
- Connection logs (IP): retained for 30 days for security monitoring, then automatically purged.
- Support communications: retained for 1 year.
- Delivery details: deleted 90 days after successful delivery.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you have the following rights:
- Right to access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ahead of scheduled retention periods.
- Right to restrict processing — request that we limit our use of your data.
- Right to object — object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for any optional processing at any time.

8. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with this policy, you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. Contact details are available through the official UAE government portal.
9. Security Measures
We implement strong technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for all connections.
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
- Strict role-based access controls; all access is logged and audited.
- Wallet connections are read-only; we never request private keys or seed phrases.
- No third-party tracking scripts or analytics on our platform.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany). While our company is registered in Dubai, UAE, all personal data processing occurs within the EU. We do not transfer personal data to the UAE or any other jurisdiction outside the EU unless legally compelled to do so.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
